How do I post new stories to social channels automatically?

Where: Growth → Reach readers → Social sharing

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/m/social-autoshare (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

• This is an add-on. It is included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com (Choose a plan).
• Only the site owner can add it.
• Admin access to each channel you want to connect.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features. The page is called Features.
2. Find Social auto-share. A paid feature shows Paid and Needs with the plan that has it. Tap Buy and finish the purchase on keynate.com (it may open in a new tab).
3. Come back to Features. It shows Being set up for a few minutes, then On.
4. Open Growth → Reach readers → Social sharing.
5. Pick a channel and connect it.
6. Check the connection and turn on auto-share rules.
7. To share one story, open it in the editor and use the share sheet. You see a plan per channel, then share now or schedule.

Good to know

• The share sheet explains why a channel is blocked.
• You can copy a WhatsApp link to share by hand.
• Paid features cannot be switched off in Features.

Common problems

I cannot find Social auto-share in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features. If it shows Buy, it is not in your plan yet. If it shows Being set up, wait a few minutes. Paid features you don't own are listed in the menu under Add more features.
