How do I see the email addresses readers gave me?

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/audience/email-signups (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

Seeing the list needs permission to view readers. Download CSV and Delete need permission to manage readers.

Open Growth → Reach readers → Email sign-ups. It sits under Reach readers.
Use Show and Search by email.
Tap Download CSV to save the confirmed addresses.
To remove one, tap the delete button next to the address and confirm.

Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
Readers who make an account and keep Also send me the newsletter ticked join your newsletter at once, with no confirmation email. See Newsletters guide.
With the Newsletters feature, confirmed addresses move to your first newsletter list automatically, with the tag free-signup. They show "in Newsletters".
Deleting removes the address and the record of consent for good.
If you have no sign-ups, tap Set up the sign-up prompt.

Can I send newsletters from here?

No. Add the Newsletters feature to send them.

Why is an address missing?

Only confirmed addresses count. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
