How do I get reminders about missed deadlines and stuck stories?

Where: Settings → Content & publishing → Newsroom (Reminders section)

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/newsroom#reminders (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

• You need the permission to manage the newsroom workflow.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Content & publishing → Newsroom.
2. Under Reminders, turn on Remind when a deadline is missed.
3. Set Remind when a story waits in one stage longer than (hours). Use 0 to 720. 0 means no reminder.
4. Save.
