How do I protect younger readers?

Where: Settings → Readers & money → Connections → Readers & sign-in (Age and younger readers section)

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/connections/readers#kn-rd-age (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

• Only the owner can change this.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Readers & money → Connections → Readers & sign-in.
2. Under Age and younger readers, turn on Ask age at sign-up.
3. Set Treat readers under this age as minors.
4. Save.

Good to know

• India's DPDP Act treats everyone under 18 as a child.
