How do I embed a video, social post or map?

Where: Stories → All stories → The story editor

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.

Steps

1. Open Insert then Embed (video, social post, audio, map).
2. Paste the link in the box.
3. Choose the Shape, or set the Player height (80–800 px) where it applies.
4. Tap Apply.
5. To change it later, select the embed and tap Edit.

Good to know

• Supported: YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud and Google Maps.
• If you paste a supported link on a line of its own, it may turn into an embed. Press Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on a Mac) to keep it as plain text.

Common problems

• The link does not embed. The service is not on the supported list, or the link is not a share link. Use a link from the share menu of a supported service.
