Where to find it
On a laptop it is in the right-hand column of the story editor. On a phone or tablet, scroll down below the story. Open Team steps and timing. Teams with one writer may not see it.
Steps
- Stage: pick where the story is in your team work, for example writing or editing.
- Keep hidden until a time (embargo): pick a time. The story stays hidden from readers until then, even when published, and then goes live by itself.
- Take down at a set time: pick a time. The story comes down by itself, for example after an offer ends.
- Scheduled edits: change the story here, then choose Apply the changes at and tap Schedule these changes.
Good to know
- A live story cannot be put under embargo. Unpublish it first.
- Scheduled edits can be up to 30 days ahead.
