How do I use the AI chat to get help with my site?

Where: Home → AI assistant

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/ai (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

• Owners, admins, editors and copy editors can use the AI chat. Some actions need a feature your site does not have: the AI then says "Needs a feature you don’t have".

Steps

1. Open Home → AI assistant.
2. Type what you need, or tap a suggestion such as Write a story from my notes, Fill SEO for today’s drafts, Plan this week’s posts, Explain my traffic, Suggest better headlines or How do I connect my domain?.
3. Read the answer. If the AI wants to change something, a Please confirm card shows exactly what changes: Now and After. Tap Confirm or Cancel.
4. Use Edit to change your message, Copy, or Answer again.

Good to know

• The card expires after 5 minutes. Cancelling means nothing changes.
• You can let AI do safe steps without asking (drafts and previews only). Changes always wait for your OK.
• AI drafts can be wrong. Check them before you use them.
• For design and code changes, use the AI workspace.
