Open this page: admin.<your-site>/data (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under Meer.

Voordat je begint

• This feature is made for the Blog and Business Website kind of site, where it is on by default. A site of another kind can't add it.
• You need permission to create stories.
• For testimonials, you need the person's agreement to show their words.

Stappenplan

Add a service

1. Open Verhalen and choose Diensten.
2. Choose Nieuwe dienst.
3. Fill in Titel and Samenvatting. The summary can be up to 600 characters.
4. Optional: Tekst, the price note (its label starts with Price (text), Duur, Foto, Contactknop, Knoplink, Volgorde op de dienstenpagina, Gerelateerde casestudy's and Gerelateerde verhalen.
5. Publish.

The price is free text. It is only shown. It never opens a checkout. The Contactknop choices are Contactpagina, Bellen, WhatsApp, E-mail and Een link.

Add a case study

1. Open Verhalen and choose Casestudy's.
2. Choose Nieuwe casestudy.
3. Fill in Titel and Samenvatting.
4. Optional: Klant (laat leeg om anoniem te houden), Sector, Uitdaging, Wat je hebt gedaan, Citaat, Citaat van, Foto, Meer foto's, Tekst and Diensten.
5. Under Resultaten (getal + wat het meet), add up to 6 results. Each has a short value, up to 20 characters such as "40%", and a label up to 120 characters.
6. Publish.

Add a testimonial

1. Open Verhalen and choose Klantbeoordelingen.
2. Choose Nieuwe klantbeoordeling.
3. Fill in Klantnaam and Citaat.
4. Optional: Rol, Bedrijf, Foto, Beoordeling, Waar het citaat vandaan kwam and Diensten. The choices for the source are Direct aan ons gemeld, E-mail, Websiteformulier, Google-review, Sociale media and Overig.
5. Tick De persoon gaat akkoord met het tonen van deze testimonial.
6. Publish.

Goed om te weten

• Consent is required to publish. You can save a testimonial without it. You can't publish it. The message is: "Tick “The person agreed to show this testimonial” before publishing it."
• Consent is private. Readers never see the consent box.
• Real quotes only. The AI helpers on a business site are set never to invent testimonials or numbers. Business claims, prices and reviews must come from you.
• Search data. Services are marked as a service of your business. A testimonial with a rating can be read as a review. A testimonial without a rating is read as a quotation. Nothing guarantees a special search display.
• Sitemap. Services and case studies are in your sitemap. Testimonials are not.
• Your business details come from the Business profile.

Veelvoorkomende problemen

• I can't publish a testimonial. Tick the consent box.
• A price shows as text and not as a button. That is by design. Use the Contactknop on the service to let people reach you.
