• This feature is made for the Blog and Business Website kind of site, where it is on by default. A site of another kind can't add it.
• You need permission to create stories.
• For testimonials, you need the person's agreement to show their words.

ขั้นตอนการทำ

Add a service

1. Open ข่าว and choose บริการ.
2. Choose บริการใหม่.
3. Fill in ชื่อเรื่อง and สรุป. The summary can be up to 600 characters.
4. Optional: ข้อความ, the price note (its label starts with Price (text), ระยะเวลา, รูปภาพ, ปุ่มติดต่อ, ปุ่มลิงก์, ลำดับในหน้าบริการ, กรณีศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้อง and ข่าวที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
5. Publish.

The price is free text. It is only shown. It never opens a checkout. The ปุ่มติดต่อ choices are หน้าติดต่อเรา, โทร, WhatsApp, อีเมล and ลิงก์.

Add a case study

1. Open ข่าว and choose กรณีศึกษา.
2. Choose กรณีศึกษาใหม่.
3. Fill in ชื่อเรื่อง and สรุป.
4. Optional: ลูกค้า (เว้นว่างไว้หากไม่ต้องการเปิดเผยชื่อ), อุตสาหกรรม, โจทย์ / ความท้าทาย, สิ่งที่คุณทำ, คำพูด, คำนิยมโดย, รูปภาพ, รูปภาพเพิ่มเติม, ข้อความ and บริการ.
5. Under ผลลัพธ์ (ตัวเลข + หน่วยวัด), add up to 6 results. Each has a short value, up to 20 characters such as "40%", and a label up to 120 characters.
6. Publish.

Add a testimonial

1. Open ข่าว and choose เสียงตอบรับจากลูกค้า.
2. Choose เสียงตอบรับใหม่.
3. Fill in ชื่อลูกค้า and คำพูด.
4. Optional: บทบาท, บริษัท, รูปภาพ, คะแนน, ที่มาของคำนิยม and บริการ. The choices for the source are แจ้งให้เราทราบโดยตรง, อีเมล, แบบฟอร์มบนเว็บไซต์, รีวิวบน Google, โซเชียลมีเดีย and อื่นๆ.
5. Tick บุคคลนี้ยินยอมให้แสดงคำนิยมแล้ว.
6. Publish.

ข้อควรรู้

• Consent is required to publish. You can save a testimonial without it. You can't publish it. The message is: "Tick “The person agreed to show this testimonial” before publishing it."
• Consent is private. Readers never see the consent box.
• Real quotes only. The AI helpers on a business site are set never to invent testimonials or numbers. Business claims, prices and reviews must come from you.
• Search data. Services are marked as a service of your business. A testimonial with a rating can be read as a review. A testimonial without a rating is read as a quotation. Nothing guarantees a special search display.
• แผนผังเว็บไซต์. Services and case studies are in your sitemap. Testimonials are not.
• Your business details come from the Business profile.

ปัญหาที่พบบ่อย

• I can't publish a testimonial. Tick the consent box.
• A price shows as text and not as a button. That is by design. Use the ปุ่มติดต่อ on the service to let people reach you.
