Cum adaugi servicii, studii de caz și testimoniale pe site?

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/data (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under Mai multe.

Înainte de a începe

• This feature is made for the Blog and Business Website kind of site, where it is on by default. A site of another kind can't add it.
• You need permission to create stories.
• For testimonials, you need the person's agreement to show their words.

Pași de urmat

Add a service

1. Open Articole and choose Servicii.
2. Choose Serviciu nou.
3. Fill in Titlu and Rezumat. The summary can be up to 600 characters.
4. Optional: Text, the price note (its label starts with Price (text), Durată, Poză, Buton de contact, Link buton, Ordine pe pagina de servicii, Studii de caz similare and Articole similare.
5. Publish.

The price is free text. It is only shown. It never opens a checkout. The Buton de contact choices are Pagină de contact, Apel, WhatsApp, Email and Un link.

Add a case study

1. Open Articole and choose Studii de caz.
2. Choose Studiu de caz nou.
3. Fill in Titlu and Rezumat.
4. Optional: Client (lasă gol pentru a rămâne anonim), Domeniu, Provocare, Ce ai făcut, Citat, Citat de, Poză, Mai multe poze, Text and Servicii.
5. Under Rezultate (număr + unitate de măsură), add up to 6 results. Each has a short value, up to 20 characters such as "40%", and a label up to 120 characters.
6. Publish.

Add a testimonial

1. Open Articole and choose Mărturii.
2. Choose Mărturie nouă.
3. Fill in Nume client and Citat.
4. Optional: Rol, Companie, Poză, Evaluare, Sursa citatului and Servicii. The choices for the source are Ne-a spus direct, Email, Formular pe website, Recenzie Google, Rețele sociale and Altele.
5. Tick Persoana a fost de acord să afișeze această mărturie.
6. Publish.

Bine de știut

• Consent is required to publish. You can save a testimonial without it. You can't publish it. The message is: "Tick “The person agreed to show this testimonial” before publishing it."
• Consent is private. Readers never see the consent box.
• Real quotes only. The AI helpers on a business site are set never to invent testimonials or numbers. Business claims, prices and reviews must come from you.
• Search data. Services are marked as a service of your business. A testimonial with a rating can be read as a review. A testimonial without a rating is read as a quotation. Nothing guarantees a special search display.
• Hartă site. Services and case studies are in your sitemap. Testimonials are not.
• Your business details come from the Business profile.

Probleme frecvente

• I can't publish a testimonial. Tick the consent box.
• A price shows as text and not as a button. That is by design. Use the Buton de contact on the service to let people reach you.
