How do I enter my business details for a local business site?

Where: Settings → Site & brand → Business profile

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/business-profile (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

• This screen is part of the Business profile feature, made for Blog sites. If you don't see it in Settings, your site doesn't have it.
• You need the owner, an admin or an editor account.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Site & brand → Business profile.
2. Enter Business name. Empty means your site name.
3. Choose Type of business, for example Local business, Café, Clinic or Gym or fitness.
4. Add a One-line description.
5. Under Contact enter Phone, WhatsApp number (with the country code, for example 919876543210) and Email.
6. Under Address enter Street and number, City or town, State or region, PIN / postal code and Country code (2 letters).
7. Paste the Map link from your maps app (https://…).
8. Under Opening hours press Add opening hours. Choose Days, Opens and Closes. Add a note for holidays or appointments.
9. Under Areas you serve enter places separated by commas, for example Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad.
10. Press Save. The site shows it within a minute.

Good to know

• Your social profiles come from Branding (Social links) and are added automatically.
• Contact buttons on the Post end card use the phone, WhatsApp and email from here.
