How do I write different text for apps, email and social posts?

Where: Stories → All stories → The story editor

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/articles (replace <your-site> with your site address). Then open the one you want.

Where to find it

On a laptop or tablet, tap Apps & social versions in the bar at the top of the editor. On a phone, tap ⋮, then Apps & social versions.

Steps

1. Open the channel you want, for example reader notifications or the newsletter.
2. Write a shorter headline, text or a different picture for that channel.
3. Tap Save under that channel.
4. Leave a channel empty to use the story short headline, summary and lead image.

Good to know

• The story on your site does not change.
• Some channels need a picture. Add a lead image or a picture here.
