Open this page: admin.<your-site>/niche/local-editions (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under More.
Before you start
- This is a feature of your site, used by general and local news sites. Included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com.
Steps
- Open Stories then City editions.
- Browse All places and open a place to see what is inside it.
- To add a place, tap Add a state or city or Add a place inside and type the Name and Type.
- Switch City edition on for the place. You see "… is now a city edition."
- Tag stories with the place in the story editor, in People, places & related stories.
Good to know
- A city edition is a landing page. It is not a separate site.
- Switching it off shows "… is no longer a city edition."

Do I need to tag every story?
A story appears on the city page when it is tagged with that place or a place inside it.
Is a city edition a separate site?
No. It is a landing page on your site.
