Before you start
- This is an add-on. It is included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com (Choose a plan).
- Only the site owner can add it.
- Check your AI rules and budget.
Steps
- Open Settings → Site & brand → Add features. The page is called Features.
- Find AI writing helpers. If it says Not in your plan, tap Buy and finish the purchase on keynate.com.
- Wait for Being installed to change. This is usually a few minutes.
- Open AI helpers under Settings to set the house tone, headline length, number of suggestions and house style.
- Open a story in the editor and open the AI helper.
- Read the suggestions. Tap Use this for the ones you want.
- Approve the AI text in the Trust panel before publishing.
Good to know
- AI use is limited by your AI rules, the monthly budget and the people you allow.
- Paid features cannot be switched off in Features.
Common problems
I cannot find AI writing helpers in my admin. Why: The feature is off or not yet installed. Fix: Open Add features in Settings. The admin says: "This feature is switched off. The owner can switch it on in Features." Ask the owner to switch it on, or buy it if it says Not in your plan.

Does AI change my story by itself?
No. Every suggestion has a Use this button. Then the editor marks the story AI-assisted, and an approver is needed before it goes live.
Can I rate a suggestion?
Yes. Use the thumbs up or down.
Can I control where AI is used?
Yes. See AI rules.
