How do I see how often my app crashes?

Before you start

Set up your Android or iPhone app first. Until then the page says Set up your Android or iPhone app first.

Steps

1. Open My sites, your site, then Your apps.
2. Find the crash reports card.
3. Tap Turn on crash reports.
4. The chip changes to On from your next build. Start a new build and install it.
5. After readers use that build, the card lists each version with its % crash-free users. Before that, it says No data yet.

Turn it off

Tap Turn off crash reports. The chip says Off.

Good to know

• You do not need a Firebase account and it costs nothing extra.
• Reports start after your next app build is installed. The card shows when you turned it on.
• A connected setup shows Connected.
