How do I choose my server size?

In this story

Steps

  1. On the Plan & pay screen, scroll to Your own secure server.
  2. Read the cards. Each card shows its size and a monthly price for the server. The card marked Best fit is the one Keynate picked.
  3. To use a bigger one, tap its card.
  4. Check your total in the order summary.
  5. Continue to pay.

Good to know

  • Not sure? Keep the one we picked. If your site grows, Keynate tells you when it is time for a bigger one.
  • Plan prices include the smallest server. A card can also show a one-time setup amount. Your order summary shows the total.
  • Servers are billed monthly with your plan.
  • Some plans need a minimum size. A card that is too small is greyed out and says Too small for that plan.
  • You can watch your site's use of storage and traffic any time. Usage and cost

Common problems

  • "That size is too small for your plan." Pick the size the message names or a bigger one.
  • "Servers are fully booked right now." Nothing was charged and your choices are saved. Use Email me when available.
  • "We can’t load the server sizes right now." Tap Try again.
