How do I add or remove features before I pay?

Steps

1. On the Plan & pay screen, tap the card that lets you pick features one by one. Or tap Advanced options, then Pick features one by one.
2. Read Always included. These are in every site.
3. Under Pick your paid features, switch on each feature you want.
4. If a feature needs another one, Keynate adds that one too. The row says what it needs.
5. To switch a feature off, tap it again. A box asks Turn off and the feature's name. It also lists other features that stop working with it. Confirm to go on.
6. Check Your monthly total. It updates as you pick.
7. Continue to pay.

Add extras to a ready-made plan

Chose a ready-made plan instead? Open Add paid extras to your plan, then switch on what you need. Features already in your plan show as included.

Good to know

• A feature marked Coming soon cannot be picked yet.
• Prices are monthly. The price of each feature shows on its row.
• You can change your picks until you pay. After you pay, use Add features on your site page. How do I buy an add-on?

Common problems

• "That feature isn’t available yet." Pick another or wait until it opens.
• "Your plan already includes that feature, so there’s no need to add it." It is already part of your plan.
• A feature disappeared when I changed plan. The screen tells you why: either the new plan already includes an extra you picked, or an extra you picked needs a feature the new plan does not include.
