What readers see
A box with the title Medical disclaimer. and this text:
This is general information, not medical advice. It does not replace a doctor. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
Above it, when you have named a reviewer, readers see Medically reviewed: with the reviewer's name and the review date. Below it, when you have added sources, readers see Sources, a numbered list of up to 12 links.
The notice is plain text and is never collapsed.

- Open the panel Help Google and AI quote you right.

Good to know
- The notice wording is fixed for now. There is no screen to change it.
- A disclaimer page. The Health site also has a starter called Medical disclaimer page in Start from. Use it to write a full page for your own policy.
- Not a substitute for a reviewer. The notice does not make a story safe. A qualified person should check health stories before you publish them.
- AI never gives medical advice. The AI helpers on a Health site are set not to give diagnoses, doses or treatment advice. They only make drafts. A person must read and publish.
