事前準備
You need permission to moderate comments. Comments must be on, see Comment settings.
手順
- Open 読者と収益, then コメント. The コメント確認 tab opens first.
- Choose a list: 待機中, 報告済み, スパム, 承認済み or 却下.
- On a comment, tap 承認 or 却下. Other actions you may see are 削除, 復元, スパムとして報告, スパムではない, そのまま残す and 確認済みにする.
- To act on many, tick このコメントを選択 or すべて選択, and use the bar at the top.
- To open the full details, tap 詳細を表示.
補足情報
- On a phone, swipe a comment right to approve it and left to reject it.
- You can filter with コメント内を検索, 1つの記事のみ and 1人の読者のみ.
- A card shows the story, how many reports it has, and "Blocked words found" if any.
- The other tabs are ルール (comment settings), NGワード and ブロックされた読者.
- この読者をBANまたはミュート opens a sheet to stop a reader. See Banned readers.
- When you reject or mark spam you can enter a 理由. The reader does not see it. It is kept in your activity log.
- Comments from the app store reviewer sign-in (badge ストア審査用アカウント in 読者) always wait here for your check.
- The server decides what is allowed. Each card only offers actions that make sense for its state.
トラブルシューティング
- "We couldn’t load the comments. Check your connection and try again." Tap 再試行.
- "… done, … could not be changed." Some comments had already changed. Reload and try again.
