Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/connections/email (replace <your-site> with your site address)
Before you start
- Only the owner can allow an address again.
Steps
- Open Settings → Readers & money → Connections → Email & SMS → Blocked addresses.
- Find the Address or number. The Why column says: The address doesn't exist, Marked as spam, Blocked by you or Not a valid address.
- Press Allow again.
- Confirm Send to this address again?.
Good to know
- Only do this if the reader asked. Sending to bad addresses hurts your email reputation.

Why is my reader blocked?
The reader's mailbox bounced a message or the reader marked an email as spam.
Can I add an address by hand?
The list shows addresses blocked by bounce, spam report or by you. This page only lets you allow them again.
