Before you start
- Only the owner can save changes.
- Receipts are sent through your email provider. Connect email first.
Steps
- Open Settings → Readers & money → Connections → Payments → Checkout & receipts.
- Turn Email receipts and invoices on or off.
- Turn Check payments every night on. This compares your orders with the gateway and fixes missed updates. Pick the Time of the nightly check.
- Turn Check that buyers are human on to stop bots testing stolen cards.
- Set Failed payments allowed per hour from one address (1 to 100). After that many failures, the address must wait an hour.
- Press Save changes.
Good to know
- Before anything is saved, the form shows receipts on, the nightly check on at 3 o'clock, the human check on and 10 failures allowed per hour.
