How do I check that push notifications are on?

Where: Settings

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings (replace <your-site> with your site address)

Before you start

• You need permission to see notification settings (owner or admin).
• The Notifications feature must be on your site, or the card says Add-on.

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Set up your site.
2. Find Push notifications.
3. If it says "Turn on notifications to bring readers back for big stories.", press Set up.
4. Follow How do I turn on web push notifications?.
5. The card says "Readers can get notifications." when web push is on.

Good to know

• The card is Done when web push is on. Android and iPhone apps are set up on their own lanes. See Android notifications and iPhone notifications.
