Before you start
Your site must be live and paid up. If not, the page says Add-ons can’t be bought right now and why.
Steps
- Open My sites, your site, then Add features.
- Under Available for your site, tick the features you want. Each row shows the monthly price and what you pay today.
- If a feature needs another one, it is added with it. The row says Needs …
- Add a coupon or use your wallet in Discounts and wallet, if you like.
- Check the pay bar. It shows Added to each renewal. You pay today only until your site renews.
- Tap the pay button and complete the payment.
- The page says Payment received. Your site gets the new features within a few minutes. No restart is needed. Your invoice is in your email.
See and manage what you have
Under On your site, each feature shows its state, for example in your plan or from Keynate.
- Remove at renewal stops it from renewing. It keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. Your content stays.
- Keep it undoes that, before the end date.
Good to know
- A bigger plan includes more features. Change plan
- X auto-share has its own section on this page. X post packs
- A feature under Coming soon cannot be bought yet. It may say Not sold in your country yet or Not for sale yet.
- A new feature may need to install. The row shows Installing… while Keynate backs up your site first, which takes a few minutes. When it says Ready, open your site admin to set it up.
- If an install waits, the row explains why. For example, it installs after your site's next update. Accept the update in your site admin to get it sooner.
Common problems
- "Payment being checked." The feature stays locked until the payment is confirmed. It appears here as soon as it is.
- "Install failed. We rolled your site back, so nothing changed and no data was lost." Keynate has been alerted. You do not need to do anything.
- The feature isn't in my admin yet. It can take a few minutes. Refresh your admin.
