What is on the My sites page?

In this story

What you see

  • A card for each site, with its name, a preview, its address, the product and the look.
  • A status chip: Setting up, Ready — add your address, Live, Taking a moment, Refunded, Cancelled or Ended.
  • If a renewal is unpaid the chip changes to Payment due, Read-only: renew, Suspended: renew or Ended. The card then shows a Pay now button. What does read-only or suspended mean?
  • Otherwise the card shows when the site renews.
  • A line like "[template] is available" when a paid look is ready for you to publish in your admin (Settings → Site & brand → Change template).
  • Continue launching … if you left an order half-finished. Your choices are saved.
  • Launch another site at the top. With no sites it says Launch your first site.

Common problems

  • "We can’t find that site." It may belong to another account. Sign in with the account that owns it.
  • "Launching opens soon" / "We can’t reach our servers right now." Try again in a moment. Your choices are kept.
  • A site is missing. Check you signed in with the right account.
