Before you start
- You are the site owner. Only the owner can download.
- You may need to confirm it is you.
Steps
- Open My sites, choose your site and press See backups.
- Find the backup in Your backups.
- Press Download.
- Read the box and press Get my ZIP ready.
- Wait. Getting it ready can take up to an hour. Keynate emails you, and it shows under Your ZIP downloads on the same page.
- When it says Your ZIP is ready, press Download ZIP.
- If it comes in parts, save each part (Save part 1 of 2 and so on).
Good to know
- Tap the link within 5 minutes to start. Large files are best on Wi-Fi.
- A ready ZIP can be downloaded for 24 hours.
- You can ask for 3 ZIPs a day.
- A normal backup holds your stories, pages, settings and site files. The Photos & videos backup holds your photos and videos.
Common problems
- "A ZIP is already being made." Wait for the email.
- "You can ask for 3 ZIPs a day." Try again tomorrow.
- "This ZIP is no longer available." Ask for a new one.
- "We couldn't get the ZIP ready." Your backup is fine. Try again.
- "You downloaded a lot in the last hour." Try again in an hour.
