Steps
- Open Media, then Photo settings. The page is titled Media settings. Find File size limits.
- Read the line for each kind. It shows "Up to … MB each" and the allowed file types.
Good to know
- Limits are set by your plan and server. See your plan on keynate.com: Choose a plan.
- A kind that is not included shows "Not available on your plan".
- Photos and graphics, video, audio and documents are listed separately.
Common problems
- "… is too large. Images can be up to … MB." Make the image smaller, or compress it before you upload.
