What should I do in the first hour after I pay?

Steps

1. Open My sites and tap your site. While it is being set up you see the progress. You can close the page. Keynate emails you when it is ready.
2. When the page says You’re live!, tap Open my website to see your site.
3. Tap Open my admin. This is where you write and publish. How do I open my site admin?
4. In the admin, add your logo.
5. Write your first story.
6. Add About and Contact pages.
7. Tap Share on WhatsApp to send your new address to friends.
8. When you are ready, tap Add your own web address (optional). How do I connect my domain?

Good to know

• The Next steps card also links to Your Android and iPhone apps and Your sites in other languages. Both are optional.
• Inside your admin, Set up your site lists the few things every site needs, with a live status. Set up your site
• If you have not added a web address yet, your website uses the Keynate address shown on the page.

Common problems

• The page still says "Setting up your website". This usually takes a few minutes. If it takes longer, the page tells you. What happens after you pay
• "Your website is ready. Add your address to open it." Your site is built but its Keynate address is not ready yet. Add your web address to open it. It takes about 5 minutes.
