How do I create and reuse shared blocks?

Where: Stories → Shared blocks

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/shared-blocks (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under More.

Before you start

• Owners, admins and editors manage the library.

Steps

1. Open Stories then Shared blocks.
2. Tap Add shared block.
3. Type a Name (only your team sees it), choose the Kind, and write the Text.
4. Tap Save.
5. To use it, open a story and choose Insert then Shared block.
6. To change one, tap Edit. A note says how many stories use it.

Good to know

• Set Status to Archived to hide a block in every story.
• You can not delete a block that stories use. Archive it instead.
