How do I review Keynate or withdraw my review?

Before you start

Your site has been live for 7 days. Find the email from Keynate with your review link. The link works once and for 30 days.

Open the link in the email. Or open Account, tap My review, then Write your review.
Under Your rating, choose 1 to 5 stars: Poor, Fair, Good, Very good or Excellent.
Write Your review. Leave out email addresses, phone numbers and links.
Under Name shown with your review, type a name, or leave it empty to use your first name.
Tick Show my site's name and link if you want your site shown with the review.
Tick the box that lets Keynate show your review on keynate.com.
Tap Send my review. The page says Thank you!

Under Account → My review you see the status: Waiting for our team's check, Shown on keynate.com, Not published, Not shown right now or Withdrawn.
To withdraw it, tap Withdraw my review, then Yes, withdraw it. It is removed from keynate.com within 24 hours and can't be restored.
Keynate asks only once. No reminders.
Your review doesn't change your plan, price or support.

"This link has expired." Review links work for 30 days.
"This link isn't valid." Open the link in the latest email from Keynate, or go to Account → My review.
"Tick the box so Keynate may show your review." Without your consent, Keynate can't publish it.
Something on my site doesn't work. A review isn't read as a support request. Contact support instead.

Can I change my review?

You can withdraw it. A withdrawn review can't be restored or written again with the same link.

Will my email be shown?

No. Only your stars, your words, the name you chose and, if you ticked it, your site's name and link.
