Which emails will I get about my site, and can I turn them off?

Steps

1. Open Account.
2. Find Site alerts by email.
3. Each kind of alert has a switch. Turn it off to stop its emails. The page says "Emails about … are off."
4. Turn it on again any time.

Good to know

• A switch marked Always on cannot be turned off. It is important for your readers.
• Alerts go to your account email. Change email
• Problems and what happened show on your site's health page. Site health
• You also get an invoice by email before each renewal. That is separate from these alerts.

Common problems

• "Loading your settings…" does not finish. Reload the page.
• I turned an alert off but it still arrives. If it says Always on, it cannot be turned off.
