Steps: jump around a long screen

1. Open a long screen, for example Asetukset, Mainokset.
2. Look for the row Tällä sivulla under the top bar. On a phone, the label is hidden but the buttons are there.
3. Tap a name. The screen scrolls to that part.
4. Slide the row sideways to see more names.
5. As you scroll, the part you are on is highlighted.

Steps: use the ? help

1. Tap the ? next to a title or a card heading.
2. A panel opens. On a phone it fills the screen. On a tablet or laptop it opens at the side.
3. Read the short summary and the Vaiheet.
4. Tap Kysy tekoälyltä to ask about this screen.
5. Tap Open on support.keynate.com for the full article.
6. Tap Tarvitsetko vielä apua? Ota yhteyttä tukeen if you need a person.

Steps: the Help button in the top bar

1. Tap Ohje ja Kysy tekoälyltä in the top bar.
2. Under Hanki apua you can Etsi ohjeita ja sivuja, Kysy tekoälyavustajalta, Chattaa Keynate-tuen kanssa, see Sivustosi tilasivu and Mitä uutta.
3. Under Tämän sivun ohjeet you see the guides for the screen you are on.
4. Under Tämän sivun tarkistukset you see simple status checks, where a screen has them.

Hyvä tietää

• Tällä sivulla shows only when a screen has at least 3 parts, and not more than 14. Short screens don't need it.
• Where a guide isn't ready yet, the ? says Koko opas tulossa pian. The short summary and Kysy tekoälyltä still work.
• Ask AI sends only this screen's status checks, never your passwords or secret codes.
• If the AI isn't connected, the site owner can connect it free in one tap.
• You can also press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) to search help and pages.

Yleisimmät ongelmat

• I don't see On this page. The screen is short, or it is turned off for that screen (the story editor).
• The ? shows no steps. The summary is all there is for now. Use Kysy tekoälyltä.
• Ask AI is off. "The AI assistant isn't on for this site yet." Ask the site owner to turn it on.
