• Nothing to set up. Both appear by themselves where they help.

Steps: jump around a long screen

1. Open a long screen, for example Настройки, Реклама.
2. Look for the row На этой странице under the top bar. On a phone, the label is hidden but the buttons are there.
3. Tap a name. The screen scrolls to that part.
4. Slide the row sideways to see more names.
5. As you scroll, the part you are on is highlighted.

Steps: use the ? help

1. Tap the ? next to a title or a card heading.
2. A panel opens. On a phone it fills the screen. On a tablet or laptop it opens at the side.
3. Read the short summary and the Шаги.
4. Tap Спросить AI to ask about this screen.
5. Tap Open on support.keynate.com for the full article.
6. Tap Не разобрались? Напишите в поддержку if you need a person.

Steps: the Help button in the top bar

1. Tap Справка и вопрос к AI in the top bar.
2. Under Помощь you can Искать по справке и страницам, Спросить AI-помощника, Чат с поддержкой Keynate, see Страница статуса вашего сайта and Что нового.
3. Under Справка по этой странице you see the guides for the screen you are on.
4. Under Проверки на этой странице you see simple status checks, where a screen has them.

Полезно знать

• На этой странице shows only when a screen has at least 3 parts, and not more than 14. Short screens don't need it.
• Where a guide isn't ready yet, the ? says Полное руководство скоро появится. The short summary and Спросить AI still work.
• Ask AI sends only this screen's status checks, never your passwords or secret codes.
• If the AI isn't connected, the site owner can connect it free in one tap.
• You can also press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) to search help and pages.

Частые проблемы

• I don't see On this page. The screen is short, or it is turned off for that screen (the story editor).
• The ? shows no steps. The summary is all there is for now. Use Спросить AI.
• Ask AI is off. "The AI assistant isn't on for this site yet." Ask the site owner to turn it on.
