Android හෝ iOS ඇප් එක rebuild කිරීම හෝ push ගැටලු

ස්ථානය: Settings → Readers & money → Connections

Rebuild එකක් අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ කවදාද?

• Push alerts සැකසූ පසුව. admin පැනලයේ "Rebuild your app to turn on push." සහ "Rebuild your app once so push turns on in it." ලෙස පෙන්වයි.
• වෙබ් අඩවියේ භාෂාව වෙනස් කළ පසු. admin පැනලයේ මෙසේ පෙන්වයි: "If you have Android or iOS apps, they need a rebuild so their store listing uses the new language. You’ll be reminded."

Keynate Console හි ඔබගේ ඇප් පිටුවෙන් rebuild කරන්න. Add apps බලන්න.

Android වෙත push alerts නොලැබේ නම්

1. සැකසීම් → පාඨකයන් සහ ආදායම් → සම්බන්ධතා → දැනුම්දීම් විවෘත කරන්න. Push wizard හි Android app එක සඳහා වෙනම කොටසක් ඇත.
2. Keynate මඟින් ඔබගේ Android ඇප් එකේ නොටිෆිකේෂන් කළමනාකරණය කරන්නේ නම්, එහි "Nothing to create: Keynate registers your Android app for notifications automatically." ලෙස දිස්වන අතර "Your app build includes push" ද යන්න පෙන්වයි.
3. එහි "Rebuild your app once so push turns on in it" ලෙස සඳහන් වේ නම්, ඇප් එක rebuild කරන්න.
4. ඔබ ඔබගේම Firebase project එකක් භාවිත කරන්නේ නම්, google-services.json බාගත කර Keynate Console හි ඔබගේ ඇප් පිටුවට upload කරන්න. ඇප් build එකට මෙය අවශ්‍ය වේ.
5. Wizard එකෙන් test පණිවිඩයක් යවන්න.

iPhone වෙත push alerts නොලැබේ නම්

1. iPhone කොටසේදී, .p8 ගොනුව upload කර Key ID, Team ID සහ ඔබගේ ඇප් එකේ bundle id ඇතුළත් කරන්න.
2. Production (TestFlight සහ App Store) හෝ Sandbox (Xcode මඟින් ස්ථාපනය කළ ඇප්ස්) තෝරන්න. එය ඇප් build එකට ගැළපිය යුතුය.
3. එය switch on කර save කරන්න.
4. Test පණිවිඩයක් යවා, ඉන්පසු ඔබගේ ඇප් එක rebuild කරන්න.
5. Apple මඟින් key එක ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කළහොත්, wizard හි මෙසේ පෙන්වයි: "Apple refused the key. Check the Key ID and Team ID, that the key has Apple Push Notifications service turned on, that the bundle id is your app's and that Sandbox/Production matches the app build."

ඇප් එකේ කිසිදු ලිපියක් නොපෙන්වයි නම්
