તમને શું દેખાય છે
- "The update didn’t pass the health check, so your site went back to the previous version. Nothing was lost." રોલબેક સફળ રહ્યું. તમારી સાઇટ જૂના વર્ઝન પર ચાલી રહી છે.
- "The last attempt didn’t finish, so your site was left exactly as it was. Nothing was lost. You can try again." આનો અર્થ પણ એ જ છે.
- ટેમ્પલેટ બદલવા માટે: "The new template didn’t pass the safety check, so your site stayed on the version before. Nothing was lost."
- ડિઝાઇન બિલ્ડ માટે: "The build failed. Your live site was not changed." આમાં View build log પસંદ કરો.
સ્ટેપ્સ: ફરીથી પ્રયાસ કરો
- સેટિંગ્સ → એડવાન્સ્ડ → સોફ્ટવેર અપડેટ ખોલો.
- અપડેટ માટે નવું શું છે વાંચો. જો છેલ્લો પ્રયાસ નિષ્ફળ ગયો હોય તો Didn’t finish સ્ટેટસ દેખાશે.
- હમણાં અપડેટ કરો પસંદ કરો. સ્ક્રીન પર દેખાશે: "Update now? We take a backup first. If anything fails the health check, your site goes back automatically."
- રાહ જુઓ. સ્ક્રીન પર "Updating… Your site stays online." દેખાશે.
જો તે ફરીથી રોલબેક થાય, તો Keynate Console માંથી સપોર્ટનો સંપર્ક કરો. જુઓ Contact support.

બિલ્ડ સંબંધિત મેસેજ

| "There’s no earlier version to go back to." | આનાથી જૂનું કોઈ વર્ઝન નથી. |
જાણવું જરૂરી
- તમે નક્કી કરો છો. જ્યાં સુધી તમે હમણાં અપડેટ કરો પર ક્લિક ન કરો ત્યાં સુધી કશું બદલાતું નથી, સિવાય કે અત્યંત મહત્વપૂર્ણ સુરક્ષા ફિક્સ હોય. તેના માટે પણ સમય તો તમે જ પસંદ કરો છો.
- અપડેટ પાછું ખેંચો (Undo). આ અપડેટ પૂર્વવત્ કરો પસંદ કરો. તમારું કન્ટેન્ટ જળવાઈ રહેશે.
- સાઇટ બિલ્ડરની રાહ જોવી. જો તમને "Waiting for your server’s site builder" દેખાય, તો તે કનેક્ટ થતાં જ બિલ્ડ શરૂ થઈ જશે. તમારી લાઈવ સાઇટમાં કોઈ ફેરફાર થતો નથી.

શું મારું કોઈ કન્ટેન્ટ કે સ્ટોરી ડિલીટ થઈ ગઈ?
ના. સ્ક્રીન પર સ્પષ્ટ લખ્યું છે કે "Nothing was lost." પહેલાંના વર્ઝન પર પાછા જવાથી તમારું કન્ટેન્ટ સુરક્ષિત રહે છે.
