Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/updates (replace <your-site> with your site address)
What you see
- "The update didn’t pass the health check, so your site went back to the previous version. Nothing was lost." Ukuhlehlisa kusebenzile. Isayithi yakho isebenzisa inguqulo endala.
- "The last attempt didn’t finish, so your site was left exactly as it was. Nothing was lost. You can try again." Kunjalo futhi.
- Ekushintsheni ithempulethi: "The new template didn’t pass the safety check, so your site stayed on the version before. Nothing was lost."
- Ekwakhiweni kwedizayini: "The build failed. Your live site was not changed." Khetha u-View build log.
Steps: try again
- Vula i-Izilungiselelo → Okuthuthukile → Ukuvuselelwa kwesofthiwe.
- Funda i-Yini entsha yokubuyekeza. Isimo esithi Didn’t finish sivela uma ukuzama kwangaphambilini kuhlulekile.
- Khetha u-Buyekeza manje. Isikrini sizothi: "Update now? We take a backup first. If anything fails the health check, your site goes back automatically."
- Linda. Isikrini sizothi "Updating… Your site stays online."
Uma kubuyela emuva futhi, xhumana nabasizi kusuka ku-Keynate Console. Bheka Contact support.

Kuhle ukukwazi
- Ukhetha wena ukuthi nini. Akukho okushintshayo uze uchofoze u-Buyekeza manje, ngaphandle kokulungiswa kwezokuphepha okubalulekile. Nalapho usazikhethela isikhathi.
- Hlehlisa ukubuyekeza. Khetha u-Hlehlisa lesi sibuyekezo. Okuqukethwe kwakho kuyasala.
- Ukulinda umakhi wesayithi. Uma ubona "Waiting for your server’s site builder", ukwakha kuzoqala lapho isixhuma. Isayithi yakho ebonwa abantu ayishintshiwe.
