- "The update didn’t pass the health check, so your site went back to the previous version. Nothing was lost." ਰੋਲਬੈਕ ਸਫਲ ਰਿਹਾ। ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਵਰਜ਼ਨ 'ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
- "The last attempt didn’t finish, so your site was left exactly as it was. Nothing was lost. You can try again." ਇਸਦਾ ਵੀ ਉਹੀ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ।
- ਟੈਂਪਲੇਟ ਬਦਲਣ ਵੇਲੇ: "The new template didn’t pass the safety check, so your site stayed on the version before. Nothing was lost."
- ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਬਿਲਡ ਵੇਲੇ: "The build failed. Your live site was not changed." View build log ਚੁਣੋ।
ਕਦਮ: ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰੋ
- ਸੈਟਿੰਗਾਂ → ਐਡਵਾਂਸਡ → ਸਾਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਅੱਪਡੇਟ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੋ।
- ਅੱਪਡੇਟ ਲਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਕੀ ਹੈ ਪੜ੍ਹੋ। ਜੇਕਰ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਫੇਲ੍ਹ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਸਥਿਤੀ Didn’t finish ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ।
- ਹੁਣੇ ਅੱਪਡੇਟ ਕਰੋ ਚੁਣੋ। ਸਕ੍ਰੀਨ 'ਤੇ ਆਵੇਗਾ: "Update now? We take a backup first. If anything fails the health check, your site goes back automatically."
- ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰੋ। ਸਕ੍ਰੀਨ 'ਤੇ ਆਵੇਗਾ "Updating… Your site stays online."
ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਰੋਲਬੈਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ Keynate Console ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੋ। ਦੇਖੋ ਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੋ।

- ਅੱਪਡੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਡੂ (ਵਾਪਸ) ਕਰੋ। ਇਹ ਅੱਪਡੇਟ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਵੋ ਚੁਣੋ। ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਕੰਟੈਂਟ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਸਾਈਟ ਬਿਲਡਰ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ। ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ "Waiting for your server’s site builder" ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸਦੇ ਕਨੈਕਟ ਹੋਣ 'ਤੇ ਬਿਲਡ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਲਾਈਵ ਸਾਈਟ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਸਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ।
