What you see
- "The update didn’t pass the health check, so your site went back to the previous version. Nothing was lost." ការត្រឡប់ទៅក្រោយដំណើរការបានជោគជ័យ។ គេហទំព័ររបស់អ្នកដំណើរការលើជំនាន់ចាស់។
- "The last attempt didn’t finish, so your site was left exactly as it was. Nothing was lost. You can try again." ដូចគ្នាដែរ។
- សម្រាប់ការប្តូរពុម្ពគំរូ (template)៖ "The new template didn’t pass the safety check, so your site stayed on the version before. Nothing was lost."
- សម្រាប់ការ build ការរចនា៖ "The build failed. Your live site was not changed." សូមជ្រើសរើស View build log។
Steps: try again
- បើក ការកំណត់ → កម្រិតខ្ពស់ → អាប់ដេតកម្មវិធី។
- អាន អ្វីដែលថ្មី សម្រាប់ការអាប់ដេត។ ស្ថានភាព Didn’t finish នឹងបង្ហាញប្រសិនបើការព្យាយាមលើកមុនបានបរាជ័យ។
- ជ្រើសរើស Update ឥឡូវនេះ។ អេក្រង់នឹងបង្ហាញថា៖ "Update now? We take a backup first. If anything fails the health check, your site goes back automatically."
- រង់ចាំ។ អេក្រង់នឹងបង្ហាញថា "Updating… Your site stays online."
ប្រសិនបើវានៅតែត្រឡប់ទៅក្រោយទៀត សូមទាក់ទងផ្នែកគាំទ្រពី Keynate Console។ សូមមើល Contact support។

- អ្នកជាអ្នកជ្រើសរើសពេលវេលា។ គ្មានអ្វីផ្លាស់ប្តូរទេរហូតដល់អ្នកចុច Update ឥឡូវនេះ លើកលែងតែការជួសជុលសុវត្ថិភាពសំខាន់ៗ។ ចំពោះបញ្ហាទាំងនោះ អ្នកនៅតែអាចជ្រើសរើសពេលវេលាបានដដែល។
- ត្រឡប់ការអាប់ដេតវិញ (Undo)។ ជ្រើសរើស មិនធ្វើការ update នេះវិញ។ មាតិការបស់អ្នកនៅដដែល។
- រង់ចាំ site builder។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកឃើញ "Waiting for your server’s site builder" ដំណើរការ build នឹងចាប់ផ្តើមនៅពេលវាភ្ជាប់រួចរាល់។ គេហទំព័រផ្សាយផ្ទាល់របស់អ្នកមិនមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឡើយ។
