Dónde: Growth → Reach readers → Newsletters
Open this page: admin.<your-site>/m/newsletters (replace <your-site> with your site address). It is a paid add-on: without it you see an add-on card.
Antes de empezar
- The Newsletters add-on on your site. See Newsletters.
- Your Newsletters page says they are sent with Keynate Email and your domain shows Verificado, or your own email service is connected. See Keynate Email and Sending email.
Paso a paso
- Open Boletines in the admin menu, then Ediciones.
- Open the edition that has not gone out.
- Read the line that starts with En espera.
- Do what it says. See the list below.
- Come back later. The newsletter goes on by itself once the reason is gone.
Datos útiles
- En espera: primero configura tu email. If your page says your newsletters are sent with Keynate Email: (1) connect your own domain to your site, (2) on the Keynate Email card find Enviar desde tu propio dominio and add the listed records at the company where you manage your domain, (3) press Comprobar mi dominio. When it says Verificado, you're set. If it says "Keynate Email for newsletters is coming", connect your own email service in Sending email.
- En espera: reduciendo la velocidad para cumplir el límite de envío. Your email service has a limit. The rest goes out when it is allowed. You do not need to press anything.
- Waiting: this period's emails are used up. Add emails or wait for the next period. See Usage and limits.
- En espera: los newsletters están pausados hasta que se pague la renovación. Pay the renewal and it goes on. Your site stays online.
- Sign-in codes and receipts do not wait for the newsletter.
Problemas frecuentes
- It has been hours and some are not sent. Check the En espera line, and your email service's limits.
- The newsletter stopped. Sending pauses if your renewal is overdue. Pay the renewal and it goes on.

How do I verify my domain?
If your Newsletters page says your newsletters are sent with Keynate Email: (1) connect your own domain to your site, (2) on the Keynate Email card find Enviar desde tu propio dominio and add the listed records at the company where you manage your domain, (3) press Comprobar mi dominio. When it says Verificado, you're set. If the page says "Keynate Email for newsletters is coming", use your own email service instead (Gmail / Google Workspace, Zoho, Brevo).
Can Keynate Email send my newsletters?
Not yet on every site. If your Newsletters page says your newsletters are sent with Keynate Email, you're set. Make sure your site's sending domain shows Verificado (Configuración → Lectores e ingresos → Conexiones → Email y SMS). If it says "Keynate Email for newsletters is coming", connect your own email service for newsletters (Gmail / Google Workspace, Zoho, Brevo; 3 short steps). Sign-in codes and receipts still use Keynate Email. A person you imported or added by hand can only get a newsletter through your own email service, because Keynate needs proof that each person agreed. The edition goes on for everyone else.
Can I make it faster?
Sending slowly protects your mail from the spam folder. If your email service has a limit, the rest waits for it.
Do I need to do anything when it says Waiting?
Only if the message asks you to, such as setting up your email. Otherwise it goes on by itself.
