- You need permission to manage the help centre.
- To read an outside page, you need a status page from Atlassian Statuspage, Instatus or Better Stack.
Steps: set the status by hand
- Open Ρυθμίσεις and choose Widget κατάστασης.
- Under Πηγή κατάστασης, choose Χειροκίνητος ορισμός.
- Choose the Κατάσταση: Σε λειτουργία, αργό, Διακοπή λειτουργίας or Συντήρηση.
- Write a Μήνυμα.
- Choose Αποθήκευση. The message is Το widget κατάστασης αποθηκεύτηκε.
Steps: read your own status page
- Open Ρυθμίσεις and choose Widget κατάστασης.
- Under Πηγή κατάστασης, choose Η σελίδα κατάστασής μου.
- Under Υπηρεσία σελίδας κατάστασης, choose Atlassian Statuspage, Instatus or Better Stack.
- Enter the Διεύθυνση σελίδας κατάστασης. It must start with https://.
- Choose Αποθήκευση.
Τι βλέπουν οι αναγνώστες τώρα shows what readers see at this moment. To hide the widget, choose Ανενεργό.
Χρήσιμες πληροφορίες
- Every 2 minutes. Your site reads the outside page about every 2 minutes. Readers never contact that page through your site. The pill only links to it.
- If the page stops answering, your site keeps the last good status for 15 minutes. After that the status shows as Άγνωστο.
- Which pages are allowed. The address must be a public https site. Private or internal addresses are refused.
- Pair it with Known issues and notices for the details.
Συνηθισμένα προβλήματα
- "This address is not allowed (it must be a public https site)." Use the public https address of your status page.
- "Your status page did not answer in time." The page was slow or down. Try again later.
- "Your status page answered, but we could not read its status." Check that you chose the right service.
- "Your status page answered {code}." The page replied with an error code, for example 404. Check the address.
