How do I see what readers found helpful or could not find?

Where: Stories → Help insights

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/niche/help/insights (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under More.

Before you start

• This is used by support-centre sites. Included in some plans: see your plan on keynate.com.

Steps

1. Open Stories then Help insights.
2. Choose the Period.
3. Under Was this helpful? read the totals and the articles marked Needs attention.
4. Under Searches with no results tap Write article to copy the search and use it as a headline, or Dismiss the ones you will not cover.
5. Read Top searches, Contact panel clicks and Where troubleshooters ended.

Good to know

• Dismissed searches can come back with Show again.
