Перед началом
- You need the permission to manage retention. Setting a legal hold also needs the legal-hold permission.
Инструкция
- Open Настройки → Команда и безопасность → Срок хранения данных.
- Use Найти рубрику if you have many.
- On a section's card, turn on Применить это правило.
- Under Что происходит, choose Отправить материал в архив or Move to the trash.
- Set Через сколько дней.
- For a legal hold, turn on Юридическая блокировка этой рубрики and write Причина (видна команде).
- Save. The page says "Retention rule saved."
Полезно знать
- Every night the rules run. Archived stories show "no longer available". Stories in the trash are deleted for good after the trash days.
- A legal hold on a section or a story stops both the rule and the trash purge.
- Each card shows the last run, for example "Last run 2 hours ago: 4 stories".
- Every change is in the audit log.

Are rules on by default?
No. They are off until you turn them on.
