Полезно знать
- Until your domain is verified, emails come from a Keynate address.
- Sign-in codes are not counted in your monthly emails.
- Newsletters through Keynate Email are not yet available to every site. If your Newsletters page says your newsletters are sent with Keynate Email, they count in your monthly emails and go out in steps to keep your mail out of spam. If it says "Keynate Email for newsletters is coming", connect your own email service for newsletters.
- If your own email service stops working, Keynate Email sends for you until you fix it.
- A new sender has lower daily limits for a short time. This keeps your mail out of spam.
- Turn off Use Keynate Email when my own email service can't send only if you are sure. Then no emails go out when your own service fails.
- You can check your domain once a minute.

Вопросы
Часто задаваемые вопросы
Do I need my own email service?
No. Keynate Email sends sign-in codes, receipts and notifications by itself. A service of your own is optional.
Can I send from my own address?
Yes. Connect your own domain and verify it on the Keynate Email card. Until then, emails come from a Keynate address.
Are sign-in codes counted in my emails?
No. Sign-in codes are not counted in your monthly emails.
Can Keynate Email send my newsletters?
Not yet on every site; we are rolling it out with extra anti-spam protections first. If your Newsletters page says your newsletters are sent with Keynate Email, you're set. Make sure your site's sending domain shows Проверено (Настройки → Читатели и доход → Подключения → Email и SMS). If it says "Keynate Email for newsletters is coming", connect your own email service for newsletters (Gmail / Google Workspace, Zoho, Brevo; 3 short steps). Sign-in codes and receipts still use Keynate Email. Contacts you imported or added by hand can only get a newsletter through your own email service, because Keynate needs proof that each person agreed. See Sending newsletters in steps.
