Where do I find my invoices?

Steps

1. Open My sites and tap your site.
2. Scroll to the Your plan card.
3. Tap a line that reads Invoice and its number. The PDF opens.

Good to know

• Each line shows the invoice number and the total. If you used a coupon or your wallet, the line below shows them.
• Free orders, such as a 100% coupon, have no invoice. They are not listed.
• Before a renewal, Keynate emails you the amount, the due date and a pay link. Nothing is charged to your card automatically.
• When an order is refunded, Keynate emails you a credit note. It shows the same tax as the invoice it refunds.
• In India, you get a GST tax invoice for every paid order. Outside India, you may get an export invoice without Indian GST. See GST number and invoices.
• The name and address on new invoices come from Account → Billing details. See Billing details.
• Under the plan details, Billing: renewal, cancel, invoices opens your site's billing page with your renewal date and how to cancel.
• Team members see invoices only if the owner gave them billing access.

Common problems

• I can't find the invoice email. Check spam. Then open the Your plan card and download it there.
• The invoice has the wrong details. Invoices can't be changed after they are issued. Fix your Billing details for the next ones, and raise a ticket with the invoice number.
• No invoices are listed. They appear after a payment is confirmed. Wait a few minutes after you pay. If your name or address was missing at payment, add them under Account → Billing details. The invoice is then issued, dated your payment day.
