Hoe zie ik welke helpartikelen lezers nuttig vonden?

In dit artikel

Waar: Stories → Help insights (Was this helpful? section)

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/niche/help/insights#was-this-helpful (replace <your-site> with your site address). In the menu it sits under Meer.

What readers do

  1. A reader opens an article and answers Was dit nuttig? with Yes or No.
  2. They can pick a reason: Verouderd, Onduidelijk, Werkte niet or Overig.
  3. They can add a short note. Notes need a quick human check to keep spam out.

Readers do not need to sign in.

Steps: see the scores

  1. Open Verhalen and choose Help-inzichten.
  2. Choose the Periode. The choices are in days.
  3. Read Was dit nuttig?. It shows the total, such as "12 yes, 3 no (80% helpful)".
  4. Use Sorteren to order the articles by Aandacht vereist, Meeste stemmen or Meest nuttig.
  5. Open an article's reasons and notes to see what to fix.

Goed om te weten

  • Aandacht vereist. An article is flagged when fewer than 60% of at least 20 votes say it helped.
  • One vote a day. A reader's browser can vote once per article each day. This stops repeat votes.
  • Privacy. Votes are counted per article and per day. Keynate keeps no personal data for the votes. The page says: "Counted per day only; no personal data."
  • Notes are kept for 180 days.
  • Spam protection. Notes use a "human check". If it fails, the reader sees: "We couldn’t check that you’re human. Try again."

Can I turn off the notes and keep Yes and No?

This guide cannot confirm a setting for that.

Do votes change my search ranking?

No promise is made about that. The scores are for you, to improve your articles.
