Before you start
- You need the permission to manage the site.
- Buying more opens keynate.com in a new tab.
Steps
- Open Settings → Site & brand → Plan & billing.
- Find the Usage card.
- Under Image storage read how much is used, and how much was uploaded today.
- Under Emails (Keynate Email) read the emails sent this period and the date it starts again.
- If a bar is nearly full, press Free up space or Add storage. For emails press Add emails.
Good to know
- Your plan includes some storage and some emails. Extra storage or emails you bought are added on top.
- When storage is full, you cannot upload new images. Your images stay on your site and still show.
- When this period's emails are used up, the rest wait. Receipts and sign-in emails still go out. Sign-in emails always go out.
- When a renewal is overdue, new uploads pause. Your site stays online. Pay the renewal to start them again.
- Delete images you do not use in the media library to free space.
Common problems
- "Your storage is almost full." Free up space or add storage soon.
- "Your storage is full." Delete images you do not need, or add storage.
- "This period's emails are used up." Wait for the date shown, or add emails.
- "Your renewal is overdue." Renew your plan. See Renew your site.
