Build ගැටලු

• "This app isn’t part of your plan yet. Add it from your plan to build it." Add apps
• "Your site is paused because a payment is due. Renew to build or update your apps."
• "Your site is still being set up. Apps can be built once it’s ready."
• "Connect your domain first: the app reads its news from your website."
• "A build of this app is already running. Wait for it to finish."
• "The build didn’t finish. It’s logged; you can try again."
• "The store already has this version number. Start a new build."

• "Google says Keynate has no access to this app yet" / "Google doesn’t know this app yet" / "Google needs this version uploaded once in Play Console." Android කාඩ්පතේ ඇති පියවර අනුගමනය කරන්න.
• "Your app is still a draft in Google Play: finish its setup and start the first release in Play Console."
• "Google needs your developer account verified first." / "…the package name registered to your account." / "…your App content answers first." / "Google needs its latest terms accepted in Play Console." Play Console තුළ අදාළ පියවර සම්පූර්ණ කරන්න.
• "Google hasn’t given this account production access yet, so this version went to your closed test."
• "Google is still reviewing earlier changes. Try Publish again once that review finishes."
• "Saved in Play Console. Send the changes for review there."
• Data safety. අපගේ checklist පිළිතුරු භාවිත කරමින් Play Console හි ඒවාට පිළිතුරු සපයන්න.

App Store

• "Apple didn’t accept this key. Check the Issuer ID, the Key ID and the .p8 file."
• "This key can’t manage apps. Create a key with the App Manager role."
• "Apple needs the latest agreements accepted." ගිණුම් හිමිකරු (Account Holder) විසින් App Store Connect → Business වෙත ගොස් ඒවා පිළිගත යුතුය.
• "Create the app in App Store Connect with exactly this bundle ID."

Store review

• Store එකෙන් ඇප් එක ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කළා නම් (rejected). My app was rejected බලන්න.
• Reviewers ලාට sign in වීමට නොහැකි වූයේ නම්. Give the store reviewers a sign-in බලන්න.

තවමත් ගැටලුව විසඳුණේ නැද්ද

පිටුවේ ඇති Report a problem භාවිතා කරන්න, නැතහොත් ටිකට් පතක් යොමු කරන්න. සමහර පණිවිඩවල "Something on Keynate’s side needs fixing. It’s logged; nothing is needed from you." ලෙස පෙන්වනු ඇත.
