Build problems

• "This app isn’t part of your plan yet. Add it from your plan to build it." Add apps
• "Your site is paused because a payment is due. Renew to build or update your apps."
• "Your site is still being set up. Apps can be built once it’s ready."
• "Connect your domain first: the app reads its news from your website."
• "A build of this app is already running. Wait for it to finish."
• "The build didn’t finish. It’s logged; you can try again."
• "The store already has this version number. Start a new build."
• "Google Play and the App Store need your Terms page." আপনার News অ্যাডমিনে সেটিংস → আপনার সাইট → পাতা খুলুন এবং Terms পৃষ্ঠাটি প্রকাশ করুন। বিল্ড বোতামের নিচে থাকা Open your site admin লিঙ্কটি এটি খোলে।
• "The stores need a public page that tells readers how to delete their account." সেটিংস → আপনার সাইট → পাতা-এর অধীনে Privacy policy পৃষ্ঠাটি প্রকাশ করুন।
• "The stores need a support email." সেটিংস → আপনার সাইট → ব্র্যান্ডিং-এর অধীনে আপনার যোগাযোগের email যোগ করুন।
• "We couldn’t read your website’s published design." আপনার সাইট অনলাইনে আছে কিনা তা পরীক্ষা করুন, তারপর আবার চেষ্টা করুন।

Store review

• স্টোর অ্যাপটি বাতিল করেছে। My app was rejected দেখুন।
• পর্যালোচকরা সাইন ইন করতে পারেননি। Give the store reviewers a sign-in দেখুন।

Still stuck

পৃষ্ঠায় থাকা Report a problem ব্যবহার করুন, বা raise a ticket। কিছু বার্তায় বলা থাকে "Something on Keynate’s side needs fixing. It’s logged; nothing is needed from you."
