• The build button is greyed out. ଏହାର ତଳେ ଥିବା Why can’t I start yet? କୁ ଟ୍ୟାପ୍ କରନ୍ତୁ। କାରଣଟି ବଟନ୍ ପାଖରେ ଦେଖାଯିବ।
• Icon messages (ଉଦାହରଣ ସ୍ୱରୂପ "Icon: the picture must be square")। ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ App name and icon।

Google Play

• "Connect your store account first." Connect Google Play ଟ୍ୟାପ୍ କରନ୍ତୁ।
• "Google says Keynate has no access to this app yet" / "Google doesn’t know this app yet" / "Google needs this version uploaded once in Play Console." Android କାର୍ଡରେ ଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଅନୁସରଣ କରନ୍ତୁ।
• "Your app is still a draft in Google Play: finish its setup and start the first release in Play Console."
• "Google needs your developer account verified first." / "…the package name registered to your account." / "…your App content answers first." / "Google needs its latest terms accepted in Play Console." Play Console ରେ ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପଟି କରନ୍ତୁ।
• "Google hasn’t given this account production access yet, so this version went to your closed test."
• "Google is still reviewing earlier changes. Try Publish again once that review finishes."
• "Saved in Play Console. Send the changes for review there."
• Data safety. ଚେକଲିଷ୍ଟର ଉତ୍ତରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି Play Console ରେ ଏହାର ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ।

App Store

• "Apple didn’t accept this key. Check the Issuer ID, the Key ID and the .p8 file."
• "This key can’t manage apps. Create a key with the App Manager role."
• "Apple needs the latest agreements accepted." Account Holder ଏହାକୁ App Store Connect → Business ରେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନ୍ତି।
• "Create the app in App Store Connect with exactly this bundle ID."

Store review

• The store rejected the app. ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ My app was rejected।
• The reviewers could not sign in. ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ Give the store reviewers a sign-in।

Still stuck

ପୃଷ୍ଠାରେ ଥିବା Report a problem ବ୍ୟବହାର କରନ୍ତୁ, କିମ୍ବା raise a ticket। କେତେକ ମେସେଜ୍ କୁହେ "Something on Keynate’s side needs fixing. It’s logged; nothing is needed from you."
