Build problems

• "This app isn’t part of your plan yet. Add it from your plan to build it." Add apps
• "Your site is paused because a payment is due. Renew to build or update your apps."
• "Your site is still being set up. Apps can be built once it’s ready."
• "Connect your domain first: the app reads its news from your website."
• "A build of this app is already running. Wait for it to finish."
• "The build didn’t finish. It’s logged; you can try again."
• "The store already has this version number. Start a new build."
• "Google Play and the App Store need your Terms page." בממשק הניהול של News פתחו את הגדרות → אתר ומיתוג → עמודים ופרסמו את עמוד התנאים. הקישור Open your site admin שמתחת לכפתור הבנייה פותח אותו.
• "The stores need a public page that tells readers how to delete their account." פרסמו את עמוד מדיניות הפרטיות תחת הגדרות → אתר ומיתוג → עמודים.
• "The stores need a support email." הוסיפו את כתובת ה-email ליצירת קשר תחת הגדרות → אתר ומיתוג → מיתוג.
• "We couldn’t read your website’s published design." ודאו שהאתר שלכם באוויר, ואז נסו שוב.
• "App building isn’t switched on yet." Keynate ישלח לכם email ברגע שזה יופעל.
• "iPhone & iPad builds are coming soon." אתם כבר יכולים לחבר את חשבון ה-App Store שלכם.
• כפתור הבנייה אפור. לחצו על Why can’t I start yet? שמתחתיו. הסיבה תוצג ליד הכפתור.

• "Your app is still a draft in Google Play: finish its setup and start the first release in Play Console."
• "Google needs your developer account verified first." / "…the package name registered to your account." / "…your App content answers first." / "Google needs its latest terms accepted in Play Console." בצעו את השלב ב-Play Console.
• "Google hasn’t given this account production access yet, so this version went to your closed test."
• "Google is still reviewing earlier changes. Try Publish again once that review finishes."
• "Saved in Play Console. Send the changes for review there."

App Store

Still stuck

השתמשו ב-Report a problem בעמוד, או פתחו פנייה. הודעות מסוימות מציינות "Something on Keynate’s side needs fixing. It’s logged; nothing is needed from you."
