Build problems

• "This app isn’t part of your plan yet. Add it from your plan to build it." Add apps
• "Your site is paused because a payment is due. Renew to build or update your apps."
• "Your site is still being set up. Apps can be built once it’s ready."
• "Connect your domain first: the app reads its news from your website."
• "A build of this app is already running. Wait for it to finish."
• "The build didn’t finish. It’s logged; you can try again."
• "The store already has this version number. Start a new build."
• "Google Play and the App Store need your Terms page." በNews አስተዳዳሪዎ ውስጥ ቅንብሮች → ጣቢያ እና ብራንድ → ገጾችን ይክፈቱ እና የTerms ገጹን ያትሙ። ከግንባታው አዝራር ስር ያለው የOpen your site admin ሊንክ ይከፍተዋል።

• "Your app is still a draft in Google Play: finish its setup and start the first release in Play Console."
• "Google needs your developer account verified first." / "…the package name registered to your account." / "…your App content answers first." / "Google needs its latest terms accepted in Play Console." እርምጃውን በPlay Console ውስጥ ያድርጉ።
• "Google hasn’t given this account production access yet, so this version went to your closed test."
• "Google is still reviewing earlier changes. Try Publish again once that review finishes."
• "Saved in Play Console. Send the changes for review there."
• Data safety. በPlay Console ውስጥ፣ የማረጋገጫ ዝርዝሩን መልሶች በመጠቀም ይመልሷቸው።

App Store

• "Apple didn’t accept this key. Check the Issuer ID, the Key ID and the .p8 file."
• "This key can’t manage apps. Create a key with the App Manager role."

Store review

• The store rejected the app. My app was rejectedን ይመልከቱ።
• The reviewers could not sign in. Give the store reviewers a sign-inን ይመልከቱ።

Still stuck

በገጹ ላይ Report a problemን ይጠቀሙ፣ ወይም raise a ticket። አንዳንድ መልእክቶች "Something on Keynate’s side needs fixing. It’s logged; nothing is needed from you." ይላሉ።
